This morning started out as being a fast, but after being at work for 7 hours and feeling like I was going to pass out, I decided that I wasn't quite ready for fasts. I know that this isn't according to the ABC diet exactly but, I feel as if I try and fast all day that it makes me want to binge. I decided for now I can have one free day a week, the only rules are that it MUST be under 1000 calories and I must make wise decision before I eat it. I think I did pretty well so far, I actually felt quite sick while eating this since my stomach has had that much food in it for a while. Oh, & my computer broke,awesome.
